QUALITY GRAIN AND FLOUR PRODUCTS UNDER THE CONTROL OF "UZAGROINSPEKTSIYA".

Growing high-quality grain and producing high-quality flour products play an important role in the sustainable development of our country's economy and improving the well-being of our people. Therefore, meeting the population's need for flour and bakery products and increasing the supply of flour and bakery products in the markets is one of the top priorities today.

In order to continuously provide the domestic market with high-quality flour products, the Tashkent Regional Department of the Uzagroinspection is studying the availability of flour production capacities in business entities located in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region, and whether technological processes comply with the requirements of current legislation.

During the past period of this year, according to the applications of entrepreneurs, it was determined that 8 grain processing enterprises have flour production capacities, the organization of the technological process complies with the established requirements, the laboratory activities for product quality control are properly organized, and the technological processes fully meet the established requirements.

Of course, the intended goal of these measures is to ensure that the domestic market is supplied with high-quality flour and bakery products, so that our people have a full table.
